For over fifteen years, I have been participating in various research initiatives through my studies and through contracts with not-for-profit organizations and research centres. These initiatives have provided me with a thorough understanding of collective and political action, as well as public policy.
At the same time, much of my career has involved managing programs, projects, human resources, planning and evaluation processes, and scientific events.
My research and management experience complements my love of working with varied groups toward the common good. For this reason, as the author of many documents, I understand the importance of nuanced and effective writing.
My experiences in teaching and event facilitation have also heightened my interest in participatory processes. Teaching sociology at the University of Ottawa and the Cégep de l’Outaouais has led to my interest in translating complex concepts for young audiences, and in developing interactive activities designed to stimulate learning. My experiences in event facilitation with adults have produced activities that intertwine learning, co-construction and planning through close collaborations.
I hold a PhD in sociology from the University of Ottawa.

Because two, three or four heads are better than one, I surround myself regularly with experts and researchers who enrich and accelerate the achievement of the objectives we set together.
